Zumba Night at Xavier

A great big thank you and congratulations to Shana for organizing Xavier’s first annual Zumba Night fundraiser.

This fun and energetic event was to raise money for the Free the Children, Me to We Adopt a Village’s clean water Pillar in Nicaragua.

ImageThe girls had so much fun dancing and grooving to the music. Who knew exercise could be so much fun!

ImageWe were led by 5th Street Nutrition’s amazing Zumba instructors.

ImageThe girls felt great having a  fun workout while helping out the village of San Diego in Nicaragua.

ImageThere is nothing better than being with friends  while helping those in need.

ImageXavier girls are so dedicated in giving of themselves not only in their own communities, but globally as well.

ImageSo spending the evening with friends to help raise money came naturally for the 60 or so girls that attended.Image

ImageAfter working up a sweat, the girls had a delicious and nutritious shake.

ImageOnce again,  thank you Shana for organizing this wonderful event. A BIG thank you goes out to 5th Street Nutrition for leading us in Zumba and providing yummy shakes afterwards…..
